LAKE Racing is proud to launch and establish itself from the heart of the Goldfields at the Bendigo Jockey Club.

Long billed as the ‘Nursery of Champions’, the Bendigo JC is renowned for its first-class racetrack and the future stars it produces of both the equine and human variety.

“Having worked at stables from both Caulfield and Flemington, be rest assured there is nothing Bendigo lacks in order to produce winners.

“It’s reputation as a racecourse is well known in the industry and its feats as a training venue somewhat unrecognised having been a key part to Lloyd Williams success with multiple Melbourne Cup winners.

“Furthermore, its relaxed environment and unique bush trails allows horses to relax and us a stable to keep our expenses down being based outside the CBD.”

With its exceptional course-proper, the Club has also recently completed a $700,000 upgrade to its training grass where it also conducts its fortnightly jump outs and is one of a range of surfaces at our disposal.

With access to a water walker, swimming pool, jumping facilities and nearby veterinary clinic, Bendigo has been developed as a terrific thoroughbred complex.

Furthermore, it’s proximity in central Victoria allows us options to place our horses at an array of venues not only across Victoria but interstate to New South Wales and South Australia.
